This paper is devoted to analysing the relation between the logarithm of a non-constant holomorphic polynomial   $Q\left( z \right)$  and the topology of the complement of the hypersurface defined by
 $Q\left( z \right)$  and the topology of the complement of the hypersurface defined by   $Q\left( z \right)=0$ .
